Jeremiah, 31

23. Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, [and] mountain of holiness.

This verse talks about the joy that God's people will experience when returning to the promised land, as is promised in Jeremiah 31:12.

Hosea 2:19: "And I will despise you with me forever; yes, I will go out with me in justice, and in judgment, and in kindness, and in mercy." This verse talks about God renewing his covenant with his people, as is promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34.
