Hebrews 10 talks about the superiority of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ in relation to the sacrifices offered by the Old Testament priests. " This psalm highlights Jesus' obedience to offer his life as a sacrifice rather than following the ritual of the sacrifices offered by the priests.
Leviticus 16:34: "This will be for you a perpetual statute, to do atonement for the children of Israel of all their sins once a year." This verse highlights the limitation of the annual ritual of atonement for the sins of the people, in contrast to the sacrifice of Jesus that was offered once and for all to purify the sins of humanity.
Isaiah 52:13-15: "Behold, my servant will proceed with prudence; it will be exalted, it will be high, it will be very sublime. As many in his sight amazed, for his aspect was so disfigured that he was not that of a man, and His figure was not that of the children of men, so he will sprinkle many nations, and the kings will close their mouths because of him; for what has not been announced to them, and what they have not heard will understand. Jeremiah 31:33: "But this is the pact that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I shall put my law within, and I will write it into His heart; and I will be your God and they will be my people. " This verse highlights God's promise to write his law in the heart of humanity, which is only possible through the sacrifice of Jesus.
