Deuteronomy, 17

1. Thou shalt not sacrifice unto the LORD thy God [any] bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish, [or] any evilfavouredness: for that [is] an abomination unto the LORD thy God.

Deuteronomy chapter 17 deals with justice and punishment for those who disobey the laws established by God. Deuteronomy 19:18-19: "The judges shall inquire well; and behold, being false witness, he falsely witnessed against his brother, then you do how he took care of doing his brother; thus shall you take evil from the middle of you.
