2 Peter, 2

20. For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

Chapter 2 of 2 Peter deals mainly from false prophets and masters that would arise among the Christian people, bringing heresies and promoting liberation. Matthew 7:15: "Beware of the false prophets, who are presented to you in disguise in sheep, but inside they are stole wolves." 2 Corinthians 11:13-15: "For such false apostles are fraudulent workers, becoming the apostles of Christ. " The apostle Paul also warned of the presence of false apostles, who pretended to be sent by Christ, but were actually deceators who sought to deceive God's people.

Judas 1:4: For certain men, whose condemnation had been sentenced for a long time, have infiltrated themselves among you. These are wicked, who transform the grace of our God into liberation and deny Jesus Christ, our only sovereign and Sir." Judas's book also talks about the presence of false masters who denied the truth about Jesus Christ and promoted libertine practices.
