Luke, 8

13. Now they upon the rock, are they who when they hear, receive the word with joy: and these have no roots; for they believe for a while, and in time of temptation, they fall away.

Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not have anxious for anything; before, in everything, your known requests before God for prayer and supplication with thanksgiving; and the peace of God, which exceeds all understanding, will keep them your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. " This verse speaks of the importance of trusting God in times of anxiety and seeking His peace through prayer and gratitude.
