Exodus, 30

6. And thou shalt set the altar over against the veil, that hangeth before the ark of the testimony before the propitiatory wherewith the testimony is covered, where I will speak to thee.

Ezekiel 8:11: "And before them was the man standing, his right hand raised to the East; and worshiped the sun, putting himself to his left side." 2 Chronicles 4:6: "He also did ten basins, and put five on the right and five on the left to wash them; the work of the Holocaust washed in them, but the basin was for the priests to wash."
