Ecclesiastes, 5

7. If thou shalt see the oppressions of the poor, and violent judgments, and justice perverted in the province, wonder not at this matter: for he that is high hath another higher, and there are others still higher than these:

Ecclesiastes 5 deals with the need to fulfill the vows made to God, to avoid talking too much and being wise when speaking, and not putting confidence in wealth. Below are five verses related to these themes:

Psalm 50:14-15: "Offer God a sacrifice of gratitude and fulfill your vows to the Most High. Cry to me on the day of anguish; I will deliver you, and you will honor me." This verse talks about the importance of fulfilling the vows made to God and to cry out to Him in difficult times.

Proverbs 10:19: "When the words are many, sin is present, but who controls the tongue is wise." This verse emphasizes the importance of thinking before speaking and avoiding talking too much.

1 Timothy 6:17: "Order to those who are rich in the present world who are not arrogant, nor put their hope in the uncertainty of wealth, but in God, which provides us richly to our satisfaction." This verse highlights the importance of not putting confidence in wealth, but in God.

Proverbs 20:25: "It is a trap to consecrate something hastily, and only think about the consequences after the vote has been made." This verse reinforces the importance of thinking carefully before making a vow to God.

James 1:19-20: "My beloved brothers, keep this in mind," Be ready to hear, late to speak and late to get angry, for man's wrath does not produce the righteousness of God. " This verse emphasizes the importance of being wise when speaking and controlling anger.
