2 Chronicles, 24

5. And he assembled the priests, and the Levites, and said to them: Go out to the cities of Juda, and gather of all Israel money to repair the temple of your God, from year to year: and do this with speed: but the Levites were negligent.

2 Chronicles 24 describes the reign of Joás, a king who did what was right in the eyes of the Lord while the Joiada priest was alive, but who walked away from God after the death of the priest and eventually murdered his son.
