1 Maccabees, 7

46. And they went forth out of all the towns of Judea round about, and they pushed them with the horns, and they turned again to them, and they were all slain with the sword, and there was not left of them so much as one.

Judas Macabeu and his followers are persistent in his struggle against enemies, even when they suffer significant losses.

2 Chronicles 32:7-8: "Strong and courageous thirst, do not fear or fear you before the king of Assyria, or before the whole multitude with Him; for there is more with us than with him. of flesh, but with us is the Lord, our God, to help us and fight our wars.
