Ecclesiasticus, 32

15. And at the hour for rising, you should not be lax. Later, be the first to run ahead to your house, and there withdraw, and there take your pastime.

Ecclesiastical chapter 32 deals with the wisdom and orientation we must seek in God to live well and avoid error. It is an invitation to humility and prudence in the pursuit of truth. The selected verses are in order to proximity to these themes:

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord of all your heart and do not rest on your own understanding; in all your ways, recognize it, and will straighten your paths." This verse teaches us to trust God and seek his orientation rather than relying only on our own wisdom.

Psalm 25:9: "He guides the humble in righteousness and teaches them their way." This verse talks about humility and the willingness to learn, which are emphasized in chapter 32 of ecclesiastical.

Proverbs 16:20: "He who listens to the Word, in it finds happiness, and how great is the happiness of those who trust in the Lord!" This verse emphasizes the importance of listening to God's Word and trusting him to find true happiness.

Proverbs 18:15: "The heart of the wise acquires knowledge; the ear of the wise seeks knowledge." This verse talks about the importance of seeking knowledge and guidance of wise and experienced people.
