Wisdom of Solomon, 5

11. Or as when a bird hath flown through the air, there is no token of her way to be found, but the light air being beaten with the stroke of her wings and parted with the violent noise and motion of them, is passed through, and therein afterwards no sign where she went is to be found;

The Book of Wisdom, chapter 5, talks about the reward of the righteous and the punishment of the wicked after death. Revelation 20:12: "I saw the dead, big and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done, according to what It was registered in the books.
