47. From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the congregation,

Chapter 4 of numbers deals with the responsibilities of the Levites regarding the transport of the tabernacle and the sacred objects during the journey through the desert. The selected verses are:

Deuteronomy 31:25-26: "That Moses commanded the Levites to transport the ark of the covenant of the Lord, saying, Take this book of the law and put it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord, your God, that it may be as witness against you. "These verses describe the Tabernacle and their sacred objects in detail, giving a deeper understanding of how it all worked and how important it was for worship of God.
