In Job chapter 31, the character makes a solemn statement of innocence, claiming to have avoided all kinds of sins, especially those related to lust and injustice. Proverbs 6:25: "Do not coveze in your heart your beauty, nor let yourself be arrested for your eyes." Job says he did not covet the beauty of other women, nor was he arrested for the temptation of lust.
Matthew 5:28: "But I say unto you, whatever looking at a woman with impure intention in her heart has already tampered with her." Job says he didn't look at any woman with impure intention.
Exodus 22:21: "To the foreigner shall not afflict him, nor oppress him, for foreigners have been in the land of Egypt." Job says he did not oppress any foreigners, but before, he helped everyone who needed help.
Job 24:2: "There are those who change the boundaries, they steal herds and feed them." Job says he has not changed the limits of anyone or stole herds.
Isaiah 33:15: "He who walks in righteousness, and who speaks with righteousness, which rejects the gain of oppression, what shakes all the present from his hands; and closes your eyes so as not to see evil. " Job says he walked in court, spoke with righteousness and rejected the gain of oppression.
