Ezekiel, 36

20. And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These [are] the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out of his land.

Ezekiel 36 deals with the future restoration of Israel. God says he will bring the people back to their land and make the earth fertile and productive. Joel 2:25 - "And I will restore to you the years that ate the grasshopper, the locust, and the pulp and the caterpillar, my great army I sent against you." This verse talks about the restoration that God promises after a time of destruction, which relates to the message of Ezekiel 36.

Jeremiah 31:33 - "But this is the pact I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I will put my law within them and write it in their hearts. Ezekiel 37:21 - "And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will take the children of Israel among the nations to which they went, and I shall congregate them from all parts, and bring them to their own land." This verse talks about God's promise to gather the people of Israel back to their land, which relates to the restoration message in Ezekiel 36.
