2. And he cried out against the altar in the word of the Lord, and said: O altar, altar, thus saith the Lord: Behold a child shall be born to the house of David, Josias by name, and he shall immolate upon thee the priests of the high places, who now burn incense upon thee, and he shall burn men's bones upon thee.

This verse warns that there are still people who are going through spiritual leaders, but in fact they are preaching misleading messages that can take people away from God.

Psalm 119:105: "Lamp for my feet is your word, and light to my way." This verse highlights the importance of God's Word as a guide to the Christian life. The Prophet in 1 Kings 13 would have avoided death if he had faithfully followed God's instructions.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own understanding; recognize the Lord in all your ways, and He will straighten your paths." This verse encourages Christians to trust God instead of trusting themselves or in other people's opinions.
