Jeremiah, 51

59. The word that Jeremiah, the prophet, instructed to Seraiah, the son of Neriah, the son of Mahseiah, when he traveled with king Zedekiah into Babylon, in the fourth year of his reign. Now Seraiah was the leader of the prophets.

Jeremiah 50:46: "Listen to the cry of Babylon; the sound of great destruction comes from the land of the Chaldeans." This verse speaks of the imminent destruction of Babylon and the cry that will be heard throughout the earth.
