Jeremiah, 36

10. And Baruch read from the volume the words of Jeremiah in the house of the Lord, at the treasury of Gemariah, the son of Shaphan, the scribe, in the upper vestibule, at the entrance to the new gate of the house of the Lord, in the hearing of all the people.

Jeremiah 36 narrates the time when the Lord commanded Jeremiah to write all the words He had spoken against Israel and Judah in a roll and read it aloud to the people in the temple. Psalm 119:11: "I keep your words in the heart, not to sin against you." The people of Judah needed to keep God's words in their hearts not to sin against Him.
