Isaiah, 66

4. Therefore, I also will choose their illusions, and I will lead over them the things that they feared. For I called, and there was no one who would respond. I have spoken, and they have not listened. And they have done evil in my eyes; and what I did not will, they have chosen.

Isaiah 66 is the last chapter of Isaiah's book and presents a message about God's judgment and the restoration of Jerusalem. The chapter begins with God questioning who He will honor and follow His commandments, then presents the promise of restoration of Jerusalem and the coming of a new heaven and a new earth. The chapter also talks about the rejection of the wicked and the true worship of God.
