Isaiah, 65

10. And the open plains will become sheepfolds for the flocks, and the valley of Achor will become a domicile for the herds, for my people who have sought me.

Isaiah 65 talks about the difference between those who seek God and those who move away from Him. God promises blessings for those who sincerely seek Him, while judging those who reject Him and get involved in sin.
