1 Kings, 22

8. And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat: “One man remains, by whom we may be able to inquire of the Lord: Micaiah, the son of Imlah. But I hate him. For he does not prophecy good to me, but evil.” And Jehoshaphat said, “You should not speak in this way, O king.”

The prophets of Ahab tell him that he succeeds in battle, but the prophet of the Lord, Micaiah, prophesies the defeat and death of Ahab. Isaiah 44:25: "I undo the signs of the Liar Prophets, and make the grounds crazy; I make the wise wise and turn their knowledge." This verse shows that God has the power to unmask the liars and the grounds that seek to deceive people.

Hosea 4:6: "My people are being destroyed, because you lack knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you may not be a priest before me; I will forget your children. " This verse shows that the lack of knowledge and obedience to God's law can lead to the destruction of the people.

Amos 3:7: "Certainly the Lord God will do nothing without first revealing His secret to His servants, the prophets." This verse highlights the importance of the true prophets, who are chosen by God to receive their revelations and guidance.
