Numbers, 29

6. These are to be offered in addition to the ordinary new-moon holocaust with its cereal offering, and in addition to the established holocaust with its cereal offering, together with the libations prescribed for them, as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.

Nehemiah 8:18 - "Also day after day, from the first to the last day, Ezra read in the book of the Law of God. This verse describes a celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles after exile in Babylon, showing the continuity of tradition even after the destruction of the temple of Jerusalem.
