Nehemiah, 9

6. Then Ezra said: "It is you, O LORD, you are the only one; you made the heavens, the highest heavens and all their host, the earth and all that is upon it, the seas and all that is in them. To all of them you give life, and the heavenly hosts bow down before you.

Verses related to Nehemiah, 9:

Nehemiah 9 is a chapter in which the Levites say a prayer of confession for the sins of Israel and reaffirm the covenant with God. The verses related to the topics addressed in this chapter are:

Deuteronomy 32:3-4: "For I will appeal to the name of the Lord; Give glory to our God. He is the rock, whose work is perfect, because all his righteous ways are. God is faithful, who has no iniquity; straight is him. " In this verse, Moses exalts God's faithfulness and righteousness, themes that are reinforced in the prayer of the Levites in Nehemiah 9.
