Ecclesiastes, 5

1. Be not hasty in your utterance and let not your heart be quick to make a promise in God's presence. God is in heaven and you are on earth; therefore let your words be few.

Proverbs 20:25: "It is a trap to consecrate something hastily, and only think about the consequences after the vote has been made." This verse reinforces the importance of thinking carefully before making a vow to God.

James 1:19-20: "My beloved brothers, keep this in mind," Be ready to hear, late to speak and late to get angry, for man's wrath does not produce the righteousness of God. " This verse emphasizes the importance of being wise when speaking and controlling anger.
