1 Thessalonians, 3

6. But just now Timothy has returned to us from you, bringing us the good news of your faith and love, and that you always think kindly of us and long to see us as we long to see you.

Chapter 3 of 1 Thessalonians describes how Paul sent Timothy to know the news of the The Church in Thessalonica and to encourage them in their faith. Timothy comes back with good news about the firmness of the faith of the Thessalonians, which brings great comfort to Paul.
