Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord of all your heart and do not rely on your own understanding; recognize the Lord in all your ways, and He will straighten your paths." Jesus emphasizes the importance of trust in God and not in himself.
Matthew 6:14-15: "For if they forgive each other's offenses, heavenly Father will forgive them too. But if they do not forgive each other, the heavenly Father will not forgive their offenses." Jesus teaches the importance of forgiveness to obtain the forgiveness of God.
Luke 11:9-10: "Therefore I say unto them, Ask, and be given to them; seek, and will find; Brate, and the door will open to them. For all who asks, receives; what seeks, finds; and to that that knocks, the door will open. " Jesus teaches his followers how to trust God to meet his needs and to ask for prayer.
Matthew 6:24: "No one can serve two gentlemen; for one will hate one and love the other, or devote himself to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money." Jesus warns his followers about the idolatry of money and the importance of serving only to God.
Luke 12:22-23: "Therefore, I say unto them, Do not worry about their own lives, as to what to eat or drink; or their own bodies, as to what to wear. It is not the more important life than food and the body more important than clothing? " Jesus teaches about the importance of trusting God to meet daily needs and not worry about the future.
