Ezekiel, 37

9. Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, Thus says the Lord GOD: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live."

John 11:25: "Jesus said unto him, I am the resurrection and life. He who believes in me, even though he dies, shall live." This verse talks about Jesus' promise to give eternal life to those who believe in Him, reinforcing the idea that God can bring life even to dry and dead bones.
