Judges, 20

6. I then took my concubine, cut her up and sent her throughout the entire territory of the heritage of Israel, since these men had committed a shameful act, an infamy, in Israel.

Judges chapter 20 deals with the conflict between the tribes of Israel and the tribe of Benjamin, who had protected a group of men who committed a terrible crime against a woman. Isaiah 1:18: "Come then, and argue me, says the Lord, Though your sins are like the scarlet, they will become white like snow; even if they are red as the Carmesim, they will become as the white wool. " This verse talks about the forgiveness God offers to sinners who repent and turn to Him.
