Ezra, 3

10. When the builders had laid the foundations of the Temple of Yahweh, the priests in their robes stood forward with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise Yahweh according to the ordinances of David king of Israel.

Ezra 3 describes the reconstruction of the altar and the celebration of the Tabernacle Feast by the newly arrived Jews to Jerusalem. The chapter also mentions the beginning of the construction of the temple and the joy of priests and Levites in the face of this project.
