2 Chronicles, 18

7. And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, [There is] yet one man, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he never prophesied good unto me, but always evil: the same [is] Micaiah the son of Imla. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.

2 Chronicles 18 tells the story of King Jehoshaphat of Judah, who unites in an alliance with King Ahab de Israel to fight the Syrians. Before the battle, he appoints his prophets who give him a favorable answer, but Jehoshaphat asks a prophet of God to be consulted and Micaiah is brought to give his opinion. Micaiah prophesies that the battle will be a defeat to them and is arrested for it. Below are five verses related to the topics addressed in 2 chronicles 18, in order of similarity:

Ephesians 6:14: "Be firm, wearing all the armor of God, so that they can be firm against the devil's pitfalls." This verse encourages Christians to dress with God's armor so that they can be firm and strong in the face of the devil's lies and temptations.
