1 Kings 9 tells the Lord's answer to Solomon after the completion of the construction of the temple and the palace. 2 Samuel 7:12-13: "When your days are over and you rest with your ancestors, I will establish your descendant to succeed you, who will come out of your own body, and will sign your kingdom.
