2. And they said: Hath the Lord spoken by Moses only? hath he not also spoken to us in like manner? And when the Lord heard this,

Numbers 12 reports a situation in which Miriam and Aaron, sister and brother of Moses, begin to speak ill of Moses because of his Cuxita wife.
