Esther, 8

13. And this was the content of the letter, that it should be notified in all lands and peoples that were subject to the empire of king Assuerus, that the Jews were ready to be revenged of their enemies.

Philippians 4:6: "You are not restless for anything; before, your petitions are all known before God, prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving." This verse encourages prayer as a means of expressing our needs and concerns to God, making sure that He hears and responds to our prayer.
