2 Chronicles, 8

11. Solomon brought Pharaoh's daughter from the City of David up to the house he had built for her. For he said, "I can't let a woman live in the palace of David king of Israel; these are holy places where the ark of Yahweh has been."

1 Kings 9:28: "And his servants came, those who knew how to navigate the sea, along with Solomon's servants, to the Ofir, and took four hundred and twenty talents of gold from there and brought them to King Solomon." 1 Kings 10:26: "Solomon also gathered cars and knights; he had a thousand and four hundred cars and twelve thousand knights; and distributed them through the cities of the cars and with the king in Jerusalem." This verse talks about the military expansion of Solomon, which has accumulated a large amount of cars and knights to protect his kingdom.
