Isaiah, 40

31. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will take up wings like eagles. They will run and not struggle. They will walk and not tire.

Psalm 27:14 - "Wait in the Lord, encourage you, and He will strengthen your heart; wait, therefore, in the Lord." This verse encourages those who wait for the Lord to be animated and strengthened by their power.
