Genesis, 49

26. The blessings of your father are strengthened by the blessings of his fathers, until the desire of the hills of eternity shall arrive. May they be at the head of Joseph, and at the summit of the Nazarite, among his brothers.

Genesis 49 is the chapter in which Jacob blesses his children before he dies. Each child receives an individual blessing, based on their past character and actions. The verses chosen below address topics such as leadership, justice, war and prosperity:
