2 Corinthians, 2

7. So then, to the contrary, you should be more forgiving and consoling, lest perhaps someone like this may be overwhelmed with excessive sorrow.

2 Corinthians 2 deals with forgiveness and reconciliation between church members. The apostle Paul encourages Corinthians to forgive and restore a brother who had been previously disciplined.
