Numbers, 11

16. And the Lord said to Moses: Gather unto me seventy men of the ancients of Israel, whom thou knowest to be ancients and masters of the people: and thou shalt bring them to the door of the tabernacle of the covenant, and shalt make them stand there with thee,

Matthew 11:28-30: "Come to me, all who are tired and overwhelmed, and I will relieve them. " This verse relates to the weight that Moses felt in the leadership of the people of Israel and the help God provided through the seventy elders and the wind that brought quails.
