15. But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Colhozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king's garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.

This verse speaks of the reconstruction of the outer wall of the city of Jerusalem, which was also made during the Old Testament time.

Psalm 122:7: "There is peace within your walls, security in your palaces." This psalm speaks of the importance of peace within the walls of the Holy City of Jerusalem.

Nehemiah 4:6: "We therefore rebuilt the wall, and the whole wall was united by half; for the people worked at work." This verse shows progress in the reconstruction of the wall and the union of the people around this great work.
