Leviticus, 5

10. And he shall offer the second [for] a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

Ezekiel 18:21-22: "If the wicked convert from all his sins he has committed, and keep all my statutes, and proceed with righteousness and justice, he will certainly live; he will not die. against him; for the justice he practiced, he will live.
