Jeremiah, 33

12. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Again in this place, which is desolate without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, shall be an habitation of shepherds causing [their] flocks to lie down.

Psalm 23:3 "He restores my being; guide me for the paths of justice for the sake of his name." This verse talks about the restoration of being and the guide of God. It relates to the message of justice and restoration that is presented in Jeremiah 33.
