Colossians, 3

12. Put ye on therefore, as the elect of God, holy, and beloved, the bowels of mercy, benignity, humility, modesty, patience:

1 John 2:15-16: "Do not love the world or what is there. If someone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
