Ruth, 2

20. Naomi answered her, “May he be blessed by the Lord, because the same kindness which he provided for the living, he also kept for the dead.” And again she said: “This man is our near relative.”

Ruth 2 deals with the story of Ruth, a Moabite widow who will harvest ears in the field of Boaz, a relative close to her late husband. Deuteronomy 24:19: "When you are reaping your grapes in your vineyard, don't go back to catch what you have left. This verse talks about divine protection and God's faithfulness, something that is evidenced in Ruth's history through the protection and care that Boaz offers her.
