Isaiah, 66

2. My hand has made all these things, and all these things have been made, says the Lord. But upon whom will I look with favor, except upon a poor little one, who is contrite in spirit, and who trembles at my words?

Isaiah 66 is the last chapter of Isaiah's book and presents a message about God's judgment and the restoration of Jerusalem. The chapter begins with God questioning who He will honor and follow His commandments, then presents the promise of restoration of Jerusalem and the coming of a new heaven and a new earth. The chapter also talks about the rejection of the wicked and the true worship of God.
