Deuteronomy, 9

10. And the Lord gave me two tablets of stone, written with the finger of God and containing all the words that he spoke to you on the mountain from the midst of fire, while the people, being stirred up, were assembled together.

Deuteronomy 9 highlights God's faithfulness to fulfill their promises to the people of Israel, even if they were rebellious and disobedient. Jeremiah 31:33: "But this is the concert that I will do with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I shall put my law inside, and write it into His heart; and I will be your God and they will be my people. " This verse highlights God's promise to transform the hearts of His people and write their law into their hearts, that they may obey and be faithful to him.

Romans 3:23-24: "For all have sinned and deprived are of the glory of God; being justified free of charge by His grace, by redemption in Christ Jesus." This verse reinforces the idea that all have sinned and need God's grace and mercy to be justified and saved, as was the case with the people of Israel.
