2 Chronicles, 34

30. ascended to the house of the Lord, united with all the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the priests and the Levites, and all the people, from the least even to the greatest. And in their hearing, in the house of the Lord, the king read all the words of the volume.

2 Kings 23:3: "And the king set himself standing by the column, and made a covenant before the Lord, that he would follow the Lord, and keep his commandments, and his testimonies, and his statutes, of Every heart, and with all the soul, confirming the words of this covenant, which were written in that book; and all the people supported this covenant. " This verse describes how Josiah renewed the covenant with the Lord and pledged to follow his commandments. This was an important step in the religious reform he led in Judah.

2 Kings 23:25: "And before Him there was no king similar to him, who converted to the Lord with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his strength, according to the whole law of Moses; and After him never stood up the same. " This verse talks about the importance of Josiah's leadership in religious reform in Judah. He was an example of a leader who sought the Lord with all his heart and encouraged the people to do the same.
