22. Then Solomon stood before the altar of the Lord, in the sight of the assembly of Israel, and he extended his hands toward heaven.

John 2:19-21: "Jesus answered, and said unto them, Detrine this temple, and in three days I will lift him. " This verse is a reference to the body of Jesus as the new temple, emphasizing the importance of faith in Christ as the way to salvation.
