Romans, 7

4. And so, my brothers, you also have become dead to the law, through the body of Christ, so that you may be another one who has risen from the dead, in order that we may bear fruit for God.

Romans 7 addresses the Christian's internal struggle between flesh and spirit. The chapter highlights the sinful nature of the flesh and the inability of man to achieve justice by his own strength.
