Luke, 24

44. He said to them, "These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the law of Moses and in the prophets and psalms must be fulfilled."

1 Corinthians 15:17: "And if Christ has not risen, it is vain for your faith, and you are still in your sins." These words of Paul show the importance of Jesus' resurrection as the basis for the Christian faith and for the salvation of sins.
