Ezekiel, 21

3 Hear the word of the LORD! you shall say to the southern forest. Thus says the Lord GOD: See! I am kindling a fire in you that shall devour all trees, the green as well as the dry. The blazing flame shall not be quenched, but from south to north every face shall be scorched by it.

Psalm 75:7: "But God is the judge; he lowers one, and exalts another." This verse talks about God as the sovereign judge, who has the power to exalt and lower. In Chapter 21 of Ezekiel, God is acting as the sovereign judge of Jerusalem, performing his judgment with the sword of God.

Jeremiah 23:24: "Will anyone hide in hiding places, so that I do not see him? In this verse, God talks about His omnipresence and how He sees everything. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God is observing the situation in Jerusalem and planning his action as the omnipresent and omniscient god.
