Deuteronomy 29 deals with the renewal of the covenant between God and the people of Israel after the death of Moses. Jeremiah 31:31-33: "Days will come, declares the Lord, in which I will make a new covenant with Israel and Judah. This is the covenant I will do with the community of Israel after those days, declares the Lord. I will put my law in their heart and write it in their hearts. God, and they will be my people.
